From my early starts in high school to my experience in community clinics, I’ve learned that the best care is rooted in relationship-building. I love connecting with residents through conversation and shared interests, ensuring they feel seen, heard, and expertly cared for.

I’m Ricardo, and I bring a unique blend of frontline caregiving experience and technical precision to our team. As a former CNA and current IT professional, I oversee the 'behind-the-scenes' of our business to ensure our operations are as high-quality as our care. I am passionate about using my skills to create a safe, efficient, and supportive environment for both our residents and our care team.
